Cleaned Up Dropdown + Bug Fix

- Cleaned up the Collection Select drop down to shade background and add number owned so it is easier to see which sets are in your collection at a glance
- Fixed a bug where you couldn't delete any tiles placed on a half story level from your save game, which could also result in build size not updating.
